Your Zen Mentor™ is a leadership and dental culture development platform for both dental assistants and dental practices. I help assistants grow into confident, respected leaders — and I help doctors build aligned, high-performing teams through systems, communication, and leadership training.

The Four Foundations are the core areas I evaluate during every Clarity Call and every Doctor Culture + Systems Call. They give me a clear picture of your strengths, gaps, and opportunities so I can customize a plan that actually works.


The Four Foundations are:

A general Clarity Call is for dental assistants seeking personal and professional growth, confidence, and career alignment.


A Doctor Clarity + Culture Call is specifically for practice owners and dentists who want to improve team communication, onboarding, leadership systems, and assistant alignment.
Instead of focusing on individual growth, this call focuses on:

  • building structured onboarding
  • supporting leadership development
  • creating aligned, high-performing workflows
